Birth Data (Required): Date of birth, exact time of birth, and city/country of birth. This is strictly required to calculate your astrological chart.
Profile & Context: Information provided during onboarding or in settings to personalize AI readings, such as your relationship status, employment/job status, gender, and personal interests.
User Content: The text queries and interactions you input into the AI Chat.

1.2. Automatically Collected Data:

Device Information: Device model, OS version, IP address, time zone, and language.
Usage Data: Interactions with the App, session duration, and features used.
Identifiers: Mobile advertising IDs (e.g., IDFA, GAID) if you grant permission, used for analytics and attribution.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your data for the following purposes and legal bases:

To Provide Services: Calculating your astrological chart and generating AI responses (Legal basis: Performance of a Contract).
To Personalize Experience: Using your context data (e.g., relationship status) to provide relevant horoscope advice (Legal basis: Consent).
To Improve Our App: Analyzing usage trends via analytics tools (e.g., Firebase) to fix bugs and enhance features (Legal basis: Legitimate Interest).

3.1. Storage: Your personal data is stored on secure servers provided by reputable third-party cloud service providers.

3.2. International Transfer: Novastro operates from Türkiye. If you are accessing the App from outside the jurisdiction where our operations are based (including the European Economic Area - EEA or the United States), please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in a country that may have different data protection laws than your country of residence. By using our Services, you expressly consent to this transfer.

4. Sharing of Information

We DO NOT sell your personal birth data to third parties. We may share information with:

Service Providers: Third parties who perform services on our behalf, including AI processing providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini, xAI), cloud hosting, and analytics services, subject to strict confidentiality agreements.
Legal Authorities: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, sale, or asset transfer of Novastro.

5. Your Rights (Global)

Regardless of your location (including GDPR for Europe, KVKK for Türkiye, and CCPA for California), you have the right to:

Access & Portability: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Rectification: Correct inaccurate birth data or profile information.
Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw consent for optional data processing at any time.
Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Deletion (Right to be Forgotten): You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data. To do this, please navigate to Settings > Contact Us within the App and select the "Delete User Account" option or email us at support@hyperaven.com. Our support team will review your request and permanently delete your account as soon as possible.

6. Children's Privacy

Novastro is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete such information.

7. Third-Party Links and AI Models

Our App integrates with third-party AI models and APIs (such as OpenAI's GPT, Google's Gemini, and xAI's Grok). We are not responsible for the privacy practices, uptime, or independent policies of these third-party services.
